The app is for older high-school student-athletes and trusted adults. It is not designed for children under 13; a guardian should guide use by minors.

The app is an offline planning and conversation tool, not a scholarship, recruiting, admissions, placement, eligibility, NIL, immigration, legal, financial, medical, nutrition, injury, or training-prescription service.

The official CPSAF Program Pause Notice states that active programming, including scholarships, athlete support, and event outreach, is temporarily paused. The app accepts no applications, donations, or enrollment.

The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, school names, grades, financial need, immigration status, health details, precise location, device identifiers, photos, video, audio, documents, contacts, or calendar data.

Selected broad anchors, readiness topics, huddle prompts, comparison lenses, and category markers are stored only in Android DataStore on the device. They are not transmitted to us.

There is no upload feature. Do not place transcripts, IDs, passports, visa records, applications, recruiting messages, medical records, financial records, images, audio, or video in the app.

Parallel Season requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, notification, or storage permission.

No account, login, public profile, identity verification, or cloud sync is available.

There are no advertisements, analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels, crash-reporting SDKs, personalized recommendations, or remote configuration.

Because the app does not transmit user data, we do not sell, rent, share, or disclose app-use data to third parties.

The Source Sideline displays public reference URLs. The app itself does not load them. If you separately visit an external site, that site’s own terms and privacy practices apply.

Local selections remain until you clear them in Status & Privacy, clear Android app data, or uninstall the app. Clear local plan removes the app’s saved selections.

Android backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for app data. Device security still depends on your screen lock, operating-system updates, and physical control of the device.

There is no chat, messaging, user-generated content, public profile, follower system, ranking, leaderboard, streak pressure, coach discovery, recruiting feed, or targeted advertising.

General rest and safety content is educational only. For pain, injury, dizziness, breathing trouble, or another concerning symptom, stop the activity and contact a trusted adult or qualified medical professional.

Eligibility, admissions, recruiting, NIL, visa, immigration, legal, and financial questions must be answered by current official sources and appropriately qualified professionals. Parallel Season does not determine or predict outcomes.
